- The Global Operations Services Center (GOSC) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Channel Delivery Manager to lead marketing channel and samples services for Pfizer's International Markets in Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Central America & Caribbean). In this role, you will partner directly with local brand and marketing teams, BOPs, Digital and Commercial Excellence & Innovation teams to develop digital and samples strategies that meet the needs of HCPs and patients, in adherence with global standards, compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to your markets and work closely with the GOSC Delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of these services. Beyond your assigned markets, you will contribute to broader GOSC initiatives, driving innovation, continuous improvement and best practices.
In particular, the Marketing Channel Delivery Manager will focus on:
- Samples Management for a high-volume, multi-market samples operation: annual sample plans, monitoring plans and work instructions, warehouse and logistics provider oversight, audit readiness and deviation management, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Campaign Management capabilities through the planning and oversight of outbound (email) marketing programs, from brief to performance review.
- HCP Portal (PfizerPro) to engage customers with promotional messaging and access to Pfizer products and services. Advise marketing teams on portal strategy to enhance the customer experience, including portal governance and above-brand oversight.
- Social 2-way Communications rollout, oversight and scale, ensuring process execution, compliance and efficiency.
- ePermission governance to support the customer acquisition strategy (collection, management, data quality and reporting).
- Omnichannel reporting management and oversight to measure omnichannel performance and guarantee KPI consistency across global standard dashboards.
Main Role responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with local brand, marketing and customer-facing teams, gaining a deep understanding of each market's priorities, customers and channel needs.
- Build and maintain a clear plan per market, agreed with local business leaders, defining where Marketing Channel Delivery services add most value and how success will be measured.
- Translate global standards, platform changes and new capabilities into clear, actionable plans for your markets, driving adoption, compliance and consistent ways of working.
- Partner with the GOSC Delivery team to ensure timely, accurate and effective execution of channel and samples services: define requirements and quality expectations, monitor service levels and manage escalations to resolution.
- Collaborate effectively across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Digital, Centers of Excellence and other partner functions, ensuring approvals and compliance standards are met on time and to budget.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to omnichannel teams, recommending how to structure campaigns, portals and customer journeys that maximise value across touch points.
- Lead training and capability building for marketing and customer-facing colleagues on channel and samples platforms, processes and best practices.
- Use data, dashboards and KPIs to evaluate channel and samples performance, generate insights and demonstrate the value of Marketing Channel Delivery services to the business.
- Maintain audit readiness through accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures and Legal and Compliance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across GOSC, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and AI-enabled ways of working, and driving best practices across international markets.
Qualifications
- BA required; MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.
- Experience in medical samples management and its compliance requirements (sample plans, monitoring, audit readiness) is a strong advantage.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple markets and functions, with the ability to build credibility and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with delivery teams or service providers to define requirements, manage quality and resolve escalations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with metrics and KPIs and translate insights intoaction.
- Passion for digital innovation and AI, with a track record of simplifying or improving processes.
- High degree of ownership and agility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive programs to completion.
- Fluent English and Spanish required; ability to work across Americas time zones.
