JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator is an execution-focused role embedded directly within the Demand Generation team. This person builds and deploys campaigns; not just supports them. Day-to-day work lives in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: email builds, journey configuration, and list management. Beyond email, this role owns lead load processing, landing page builds, and social content drafting. If a campaign is moving, this person is making it move.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Build and QA emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML formatting, personalization tokens, and send setup
  • Configure and maintain email journeys — entry sources, decision splits, and exit criteria
  • Process inbound lead loads: clean, map, and upload lists following data hygiene standards
  • Build and publish campaign landing pages using the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Draft social media posts tied to active campaign programs for team review and scheduling
  • Manage campaign tasks and project timelines in Asana, keeping campaign work on track
  • Audit contact data for accuracy, deduplication, and field compliance
  • Coordinate with campaign managers to hit launch dates without errors
  • Initiating, and carrying out, assignments accurately and independently
  • Training and adapting to new marketing activities within the ever-evolving digital marketing world

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2+ years in a marketing operations or campaign execution role
  • Proven attention to detail in high-volume, deadline-driven environments

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • Marketing automation platform experience required (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Project management tool experience| Bonus (Asana preferred)
  • Microsoft Office
  • HTML/CSS basics for email formatting

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Salary Range: $47,200 - $59,000 USD
