Description

Cloverkey is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to our continued growth across the healthcare retail industry.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position designed for a marketing professional who has progressed beyond an entry-level role and is ready to take on greater responsibility across multiple marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience and be comfortable independently managing day-to-day marketing projects while working within the broader strategy established by the Chief Marketing Officer as well as supporting B2C needs for the company’s retail arm.

Reporting primarily to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will help execute customer communications, email marketing, marketing collateral, digital content, customer testimonials, referral marketing, CRM segmentation, and brand initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and hospital partners to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate, professional, on brand, and completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with practical marketing experience, content creation, project coordination, and basic marketing analytics. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on—designing materials, building emails, updating content, coordinating projects, and keeping multiple initiatives moving at once.

This position requires the individual to work in-office. Relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

 Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives based on established company strategy and priorities
  • Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain CRM lists, customer segmentation, and campaign data
  • Design and update sales collateral, promotional materials, presentations, signage, and other marketing assets
  • Support B2B marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives
  • Assist with customer testimonial, feedback, and referral programs
  • Coordinate photography, video, printing, and other creative projects with inside creative team
  • Support retail marketing needs for hospital gift shop partners
  • Make routine website and digital content updates
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and requests simultaneously

Requirements

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience

Approximately 2–4 years of professional marketing experience. Candidates should have enough experience to work independently on assigned projects but should still be interested in developing their skills and growing within a broader marketing role.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Hands-on experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar systems
  • Experience working with CRM systems, contact lists, and customer segmentation
  • Experience designing marketing materials for both print and digital use
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, printers, photographers, or other creative partners
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time

Experience in healthcare, retail, franchise, hospitality, or multi-location marketing is a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written communication, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with basic marketing data and campaign reporting
  • Collaborative, dependable, and willing to assist across a variety of marketing projects
  • Ability to take direction, work independently, and follow projects through completion
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
