The Marketing Coordinator will support strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate brand awareness, sales engagement, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for a proactive, ambitious marketer who wants to make a meaningful impact on business growth while gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution, digital operations, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our regional office in Rockwall, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated outbound marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Create and refine engaging content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
  • Work with the Campaign & Field Marketing Manager to support sales enablement initiatives and campaign operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to support the timely delivery of marketing programs aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide reporting and insights to optimize future efforts.
  • This role requires up to 25% of domestic travel.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong understanding of campaign management, marketing business function, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Canva, Salesforce, AI-powered productivity tools, and cloud-based shared drives), analytics tools, and content design platforms are a plus.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
