WHO WE ARE

The PR industry hasn't really changed in fifty years. Relationships, lunches, luck, and a clip report at the end of the month.

Interdependence is rebuilding it from the ground up. Interviewed, our proprietary platform, analyzes 300,000+ stories every day across a network of 250,000 journalists. We turn earned media into something measurable, repeatable, and worth paying for — and apply the same data and discipline across paid, social, content, and brand. Integrated marketing run by one team, on one system, accountable to one result.

Forbes named us one of America's Best PR Agencies. Our 100+ person team works with brands, CMOs, founders, and entrepreneurs across consumer, healthcare, tech, B2B, travel and entertainment.

We move fast. The best argument wins. We hire for sharp thinking, real craft, and ownership from day one. If you want comfortable, this isn't the place. If you want to win, build with us.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Chairman in executing brand-building and growth initiatives across Interdependence and its portfolio of companies.

Working directly with the Chairman, this role will help execute a portfolio of 15–20 active marketing initiatives spanning brand partnerships, digital growth strategies, and strategic marketing experiments. Many initiatives will leverage agentic AI workflows and automation systems that the coordinator will help deploy, manage, and optimize.

The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, AI-savvy, and entrepreneurial. They are comfortable working with modern AI tools (including Claude Code), enjoy building systems that increase leverage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed, curiosity, and initiative matter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute marketing strategies and initiatives developed by the Chairman across Interdependence and its portfolio of brands
  • Support the execution of 15–20 concurrent marketing initiatives spanning brand development, partnerships, digital growth strategies, and marketing experiments
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure initiatives maintain consistent forward momentum
  • Deploy and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows using tools such as Claude Code and agentic automation systems
  • Build and optimize AI-driven processes for research, content generation, campaign support, and marketing operations
  • Coordinate with external partners managing paid search, SEO, generative engine optimization, outbound campaigns, and other marketing channels
  • Monitor partner performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and expectations
  • Research emerging marketing strategies, AI tools, and new technologies that can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Track performance metrics across initiatives and provide concise insights and recommendations
  • Support rapid experimentation and execution of new marketing strategies and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, startups, growth roles, or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including experience with Claude Code.
  • Experience using automation tools or AI agents to streamline workflows.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated to experiment with new technologies and ideas.
  • We look for continuous learners—people who actively seek new knowledge, develop new skills, and grow every day.
