We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Marketing Manager to support business-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, improve client engagement, and generate qualified leads. This role works closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing materials, proposals, and outreach efforts that support company growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of business marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, presentations, and proposals

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed for marketing and business development projects

  • Maintain and update company marketing documents, templates, and internal marketing files

  • Help manage lead tracking and reporting through CRM tools and internal systems

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

  • Support customer outreach efforts, including follow-ups, email communications, and campaign coordination

  • Assist with coordinating trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities

  • Track and report marketing performance and business development activity metrics

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development support, sales support, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience creating professional documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

  • Experience with proposal support, client outreach, or project coordination is a plus
