Events & Marketing Project Coordinator

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events & Marketing Project Coordinator to help plan, organize, and execute events that support our loan officers, branch managers, recruiting, and leadership teams across the country.

This person will play a key role in ensuring all events are aligned with our business goals, deliver a best-in-class experience, and can be easily scaled across regions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects while supporting a wide range of marketing and operational initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Corporate & Regional Event Support

  • Support the planning and execution of national and regional events, including our annual Sales Rally, grand openings, networking events, educational webinars / workshops, and regional recruiting events.
  • Execute events across the country to assist loan officers, branch managers, recruiting, and leadership teams — ensuring each event aligns with key business objectives and growth goals.
  • Partner with marketing, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure all events reflect brand standards and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees.
  • Provide ad hoc planning and logistical support for regional and branch-level events such as grand openings, Realtor networking events, and educational sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, travel coordination, budgets, materials, and onsite support.
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to improve future experiences and optimize ROI.

Event Playbook Development

  • Develop and maintain event playbooks that standardize and streamline planning for recurring events.
  • Document templates, checklists, timelines, vendor lists, and best practices to make event execution more efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and regional leadership to capture successful event strategies and create resources for local teams.

Marketing & Operational Support

  • Assist the marketing team with ad hoc projects that may extend beyond events — such as updating marketing collateral, coordinating promotional materials, or managing branded templates.
  • Support light creative work using tools such as Canva Designs, Figma, or landing page and HTML email builders.
  • Maintain organization of event assets, marketing resources, and operational documentation.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and teams.
  • Proven ability to align event goals with broader business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or HTML email/landing page builders.

Why you’ll love working at Lower:

  • You’ll be surrounded by talented, dedicated people who believe in the company’s mission.
  • You’ll be able to shape the future of Lower’s user experience.
  • You’ll join a locally and nationally recognized best place to work that values promotion from within.
  • There is opportunity for professional growth and development.

Plus:

  • Competitive compensation plan
  • Extended benefit offerings including: Medical/dental/vision
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • Parental leave
  • Life insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability
  • 401K with company match
  • Discount on home mortgage refinances or purchase
