It’s an exciting time here at Dynatrace. You will be joining a team of 1000+ engineers and working closely with our teams across Austria, Poland, Spain, and the USA. You will have a huge opportunity to learn more about all aspects of performance, scaling, and security, from code to customers (like Netflix, Google, and Adobe).

By joining our team, you will be able to solve complex problems, make a difference, and have a global impact. You will grow with us and unleash your potential.

As an intern, you will have a chance to work with several teams on developing our product and take the lead on one or more real projects to develop and build high-performance solutions. All while having the mentorship of other engineering teams across Dynatrace. You will have project ownership and the autonomy to co-build a world-class product. We will pair you with a dedicated mentor on your team to ensure the success of your project. The mentor will be your go-to person for any questions, suggestions, advice, and educational feedback, along with the rest of your team.

At Dynatrace, there are many different projects and possibilities to work with various technologies. What you will be doing depends on your preferences and development needs. Our goal is both to support your growth and development while empowering you to succeed in your career.

What will help you succeed
  • You must be enrolled in a BSc, or other informatics/tech related University degree/field of studies and nearing completion.
  • If you are not nearing completion, share with us your knowledge on the following: Practical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, Gradle, Go, Kotlin or also React. An understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Being a team player with a proactive approach Good English communication skills Problem-solving skills
