Dynatrace Product Marketing is looking for an intern to join the team!

In this role, you'll gain real-world experience and exposure to the Observability market landscape. This is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience working for an industry-leading enterprise tech company helping customers develop better software, deliver better customer experiences, and compete effectively. At Dynatrace, the Product Marketing team owns the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution for the different areas of the Dynatrace Platform. Product marketers collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive research, website and SEO content, customer stories, and more. As a member of the Product Marketing team, you'll play a hands-on role and work with team members across the organization to support key initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Conduct end-user research to analyze current and future market opportunities
  • Review and develop content across various channels, including the Dynatrace website and blog

  • Learn how to use various marketing software tools like Highspot and Salesforce.com

  • Support customer advocacy programs including reviewing reference programs and usage trends

  • Analyze website content to identify market trends

Compensation and Rewards
  • $26/hour
  • 40 hours/week
  • 10 Weeks: June 8th - August 14th
  • 4 Days in Boston, MA Office
  • Work From Home on Fridays
