We’re hiring an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and operational excellence to build a high-performing pipeline engine. You’ve worked in fast-moving startup environments, know how to bring structure with agility, and are energized by work that makes a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, ABM, and field programs.
- Partner closely with Sales to deliver high-quality leads and pipeline-ready opportunities, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Own relevant HubSpot operations, including segmentation, nurturing, automation, and reporting.
- Build data-driven programs focused on measurable customer and revenue impact.
- Support field marketing initiatives and events that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Test, iterate, and scale successful programs with a bias for action and continuous learning.
- Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and content that reflects customer needs and market opportunities.
- Take ownership of your programs end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution and thoughtful follow-through.
Must Have Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale demand programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot.
- Understanding of cloud concepts or cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- A resourceful, proactive mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Must be located in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.

- Field marketing or event execution
- ABM strategy or enterprise-focused demand programs
- Paid digital campaign management
- Working with Sales on pipeline planning and conversion
- Messaging or content development for technical audiences
Education Requirements
