We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join us, to help raise our profile and support growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of our marketing strategy from owning the calendar to coordinating marketing efforts across digital channels.


Working directly with our CEO and VP Growth, you’ll help maximize our opportunity to tell our story, ensuring a consistent narrative that puts our work and perspectives out into the world. You’ll activate our team in producing thought leadership, case studies, and other marketing assets. You’ll manage the promotion of agency news, client wins, project launches, partnerships, and awards, elevating our reputation through persistent activity. Working with our partners, you’ll oversee SEO, PR, and paid media, and report on performance.


The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing within an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment, deep expertise in content creation and content marketing, and the ability to self-manage with initiative, moving projects forward independently.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage bi-weekly review of the marketing calendar and ensure updates reflect business activity, including new clients, launches, hires, awards, and partnerships
  • Lead the production of thought leadership content, guiding internal team members and managing deployment across social media channels
  • Manage production and distribution of a monthly email newsletter, developing content, and working with our design team to produce visual assets
  • Manage the development of project case studies including coordinating asset production and managing content writing
  • Collaborate with the Executive Design Director to manage submission of our work to design galleries and award shows
  • Conduct quarterly SEO audit to maintain top rankings for key terms and advise on content improvements to improve results
  • Partner with our paid media consultant to track campaign performance and provide leadership with ongoing reports and insights
  • Work with our PR consultant to coordinate media opportunities, press releases, and outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing working within a professional services firm
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools, tactics, methodologies, and strategies that drive qualified leads
  • Strong content strategy, copywriting, and editing skills, with an appreciation for brand voice and working knowledge of SEO
  • Proficiency in email marketing including tools (Campaign Monitor) and tactics like subscriber list growth
  • Experience with Google Analytics including reporting and finding insights in the data
  • Familiarity with paid media with specific focus on LinkedIn and Google Adwords
  • Strong research, planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, coordinating concurrent projects, and managing deadlines
  • Experience using AI tools for research, planning, and content creation
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a competitive disposition

This is a remote position in Canada with a preference for candidates in Toronto. International applicants will not be considered at this time.
