About the position

As Uqual’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving client email strategy, execution, and reporting for Uqual’s strategic partners.
The perfect person will be passionate about driving business through creating creative and unique email campaigns with our partner’s target audiences.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Primarily using the email channel, you will assess marketing opportunities, make recommendations on driving business objectives, and achieve buy-off from stakeholders.
- Oversee and participate in the execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with agencies, copywriters, and business stakeholders to output the best results possible.
- Assess campaign metrics and implement optimizations to increase efficiency.
- Report results to internal and partner business stakeholders showing program ROI and learning.
- Leverage learns from scaled partner initiatives to positively influence Uqual startup marketing campaigns.
Skills You Definitely Already Have:
- 2+ years of experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or three additional years of marketing experience
- Experience working in marketing automation programs (enterprise-level preferred: Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Exact Target)
- Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred
- Agency experience preferred
By Colorado state law, Uqual provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. Please note that this information is provided publicly only for candidates in Colorado, but the role is also open to candidates outside Colorado.
