The Marketing Operations & Content Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services. This role involves conducting market research, assisting with campaign development, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

The Marketing Operations & Content Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Your Impact:

  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Leverage market research and data analysis to uncover trends, understand customer behavior, and evaluate the competitive landscape.

  • Partner cross functionally to develop compelling marketing content and materials that resonate with target audiences.

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.

  • Coordinate marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and on time project delivery.

  • Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging best practices to strengthen marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$52,000 - $52,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
