POSITION SUMMARY:

Barre3 is looking for a high-impact Marketing Operations & Franchise Enablement Manager, the operational heart of our marketing team. This is a role for a disciplined operator who lives by their checklists and takes genuine pride in being the person everyone else depends on to keep the engine running. Project and cross-functional stakeholder management is your wheelhouse. You thrive in complexity and make order out of chaos.

You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Operations, serving as the connective tissue between our Support Center team and our 170+ franchise owners. On the operations side, you are the steward of our momentum: you own the systems that keep us organized, ensure our marketing roadmap is translated into clear deliverables, and protect the team’s focus by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. On the franchise side, you are the empathetic and authoritative face of our marketing team: the first call our Franchise Business Coaches make when they need additional support and/or guidance on marketing initiatives.

* Primary residence must be in the following states: CA, DC, FL, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX & WA

RequirementsKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Marketing Roadmap Orchestration: Drive the forward motion of the marketing calendar. You are responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on upcoming milestones and holding the collective team accountable to the roadmap so that campaigns launch on time and at the highest standard.
  • Master Marcom Calendar Governance: Actively maintain and update the master Marcom calendar as the "single source of truth." You will ensure all campaign dates, social drops, and studio communications are meticulously synced and visible to the entire organization.
  • Workflow Enablement & Delivery: Partner with the creative and social teams to facilitate a smooth hand-off of assets. You will manage the intake of ad-hoc requests and oversee the cadence of "always-on" organic social content, ensuring the production pipeline is predictable and the team is set up for success.
  • Monthly "Drop" & Asset Distribution: Own the end-to-end workflow for the "Monthly Drop." You will ensure these materials are delivered to our 170+ franchisees on a strict monthly cadence via an intuitive, organized digital asset system that eliminates friction for the network.
  • Information Wrangling & Executive Reporting: Lead the assembly of all marketing-related decks (MBRs, Board Decks). You will chase down data and updates, translating them into clean, visually compelling narratives for leadership.
  • Franchisee Support & Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for our network. You will triage inquiries, host office hours, and act as a strategic bridge, bringing franchisee feedback to the internal team to ensure our marketing tools are effective and actionable.
  • Systems Governance: Manage the tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.) that keep the team organized. You will audit internal asset folders and project boards to ensure our "digital house" is always in order and assets are easy to find.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A Diplomatic "Wrangler": You know how to firmly but professionally hold others accountable to their commitments. You see yourself as a partner to the creative team, protecting their time by ensuring briefs are clear and deadlines are respected.
  • Process Architect: You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to improve it. You are obsessed with finding the most efficient way to get a creative asset from "concept" to "franchisee inbox."
  • Detail-Obsessed & Deadline-Driven: You find comfort in clear workflows. You are the person who notices a missed deadline or a formatting error before anyone else does.
  • Empathetic Partner: You understand that franchisees are small business owners. You can balance brand standards with empathy, acting as a supportive partner rather than just a corporate enforcer.
  • Master of Triage: You can handle a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize an inbox and a project board based on what is most critical for the business and the studio owners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Core Value Alignment: Must embody the barre3 values: Practice Authenticity, Stronger Together, Love of Learning, Give Generously, and Make It Happen
  • Experience: 4-6 years in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, or Project Management. Experience in a franchise or multi-unit brand is strongly preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from executives to creative partners to franchisees, maintaining high-trust relationships while driving results.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups (up to 170+ owners) and facilitating live meetings.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
  • Communication: Exceptional written skills with a knack for simplifying complex information for a non-marketing audience.
