A day in the life.

As the Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management and marketing operations team. You will assist in the communication, development, and execution of marketing projects across the national team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and operational excellence.

This Internship will run from early June to August and is a fully remote internship.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 to 5

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in building out, scoping, kicking off, and launching cross functional marketing campaigns

  • Manage assigned projects through completion and launch

  • Support in the management of project management platform (Wrike), including AI components and reporting

  • Document marketing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and assist in automating manual tasks

  • Assist in coordination across various teams within MarComm

  • Support company-wide strategic initiatives directly impacting company goals

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate within a year of graduation, working towards a bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or marketing related field of study, and with a competitive academic standing.

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates and any prospective or existing clients.

  • Results oriented with demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision.

  • Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $24.00 The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,600 to $60,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
