  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure marketing teams are proficient in using tools and processes.
  • Effectively managing organizational change, aligning teams around new initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, including managing headcount and working with leadership.
  • Bring deep expertise in full-of-funnel strategies that fuel conversion and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Have successfully defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to comply with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Understand how sales, finance, marketing, and sales development interlock from a planning perspective.
  • Prove your ability to translate data into insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate global project management experience, partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Know how to document business processes and policies effectively.
