We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist who can bring operational rigor, campaign execution excellence, and data-driven thinking to support a high-performing demand engine. You’ve worked in fast-moving environments, enjoy building scalable systems, and are energized by work that drives measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize marketing systems, including CRM and automation platforms, while building workflows, lead routing, and ensuring data hygiene and accurate campaign tracking.
- Support the execution of integrated demand generation programs across email, digital, events, and content, including building and launching campaigns in tools like HubSpot.
- Manage lead flow and routing, partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion, and support pipeline tracking and attribution.
- Track and report on campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and support A/B testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales to align on messaging, support webinars and events, and improve operational processes.
Must Have Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, paid media, or webinars
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with campaign and pipeline data
- Understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and attribution models
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience That Will Help You Succeed (not required but beneficial)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud service providers
- Experience working with partners, alliances, or channel marketing programs
- Experience supporting or driving partner-sourced pipeline initiatives
- Interest in cloud, SaaS, or technical products
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
