Purpose, Scope and Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology and Automation
- Own and optimize Baxter Planning's marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Folloze, and other marketing platforms.
- Build, optimize, and maintain marketing automation workflows supporting lead generation, nurturing, lifecycle progression, segmentation, scoring, routing, and campaign execution.
- Ensure seamless integrations across marketing technologies while maintaining clean, accurate, and scalable data.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and AI capabilities that improve productivity, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve data quality, accelerate campaign execution, and increase operational efficiency.
- Own operational execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Build, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Webinars
- Paid media
- Events
- ABM programs
- Nurture campaigns
- Outbound prospecting initiatives
- Manage campaign assets, audience segmentation, list management, QA, scheduling, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
- Manage webinar and event operations including registrations, attendee management, Salesforce campaign synchronization, follow-up readiness, and reporting.
- Continuously improve campaign execution processes to increase speed, quality, and scalability.
- Administer and optimize Sales Engagement platforms including Outreach and future agentic BDR technologies.
- Partner with Sales Development leadership to optimize outbound prospecting workflows and AI-assisted engagement.
- Support deployment and governance of AI-powered prospecting capabilities.
- Monitor AI-assisted outbound performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Help define how AI and human sellers work together to maximize pipeline generation.
- Monitor performance, data integrity, and pipeline impact of AI-assisted outbound and prospecting motions.
Data & Analytics
- Build dashboards and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce that provide visibility into:
- Campaign performance
- Pipeline contribution
- Attribution

- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Maintain accurate campaign attribution and marketing reporting.
- Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Serve as the internal expert for Marketing technology platforms.
- Deliver onboarding, office hours, documentation, and hands-on training for Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams.
- Develop best practices and documentation for campaign execution and marketing systems.
- Support adoption of new tools and AI capabilities across the organization.
- Standardize campaign structures, naming conventions, workflows, and operational processes.
- Improve lead routing, lifecycle management, scoring, segmentation, and data quality.
- Document scalable operating procedures.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing operations through automation and AI.
- 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with 6sense or another Account-Based Marketing platform
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (preferred) or Marketo
- Strong Salesforce experience supporting Marketing organizations
- Experience administering Sales Engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft
- Experience building and optimizing:
- Marketing automation
- Lead scoring
- Lifecycle management
- Nurture programs
- Routing logic
- Audience segmentation
- Experience owning campaign execution from planning through reporting
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and funnel analytics
