THE OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing Operations AI Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven systems and workflows that power the marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—owning how AI enhances efficiency, insight generation, and campaign performance across the marketing organization.

You will lead the roadmap for AI adoption within Marketing Ops, improve data quality and automation, and enable teams to scale with intelligent tools and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and own the AI strategy for marketing operations, aligning technology investments with business goals.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can optimize workflows, personalization, segmentation, lead management, and reporting.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and platforms used across the marketing tech stack.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations within CRM, MAP, and integrated systems.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Architect and optimize lead lifecycle processes, routing logic, and scoring using predictive and generative AI.
  • Streamline campaign operations through automated tagging, data enrichment, and content workflows.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, and GTM teams to enhance cross-functional processes.

Data Management & Governance

  • Ensure data hygiene, standardization, and enrichment to improve AI model performance.
  • Maintain governance frameworks for AI usage, including compliance, access control, prompt standards, and model reliability.
  • Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues impacting automation or analytics.

Analytics & Insights

  • Build AI-enhanced dashboards, attribution models, and performance insights for marketing leaders.
  • Analyze funnel metrics, pipeline trends, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Use predictive modeling to forecast revenue, pipeline creation, and campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Educate marketing teams on AI best practices, tools, and workflows.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, prompt libraries, and playbooks.
  • Act as an internal SME on AI applications within marketing operations.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Pilot new AI technologies and run experiments to test their impact on efficiency and performance.
  • Continuously refine models, prompts, and workflows to improve accuracy and scale.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Marketing Technology, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of MAP/CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Hands-on experience with automation, workflow design, and data management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts such as generative AI, predictive modeling, LLM-based automation, and machine learning fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and basic SQL a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience operationalizing AI models in GTM environments.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and revenue analytics.
  • Scripting or technical skills (Python, API integrations, automation platforms).
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $150,000-$185,000. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
