About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the operational engine that powers our demand generation efforts. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for executing campaigns, managing marketing systems, and converting marketing engagement into qualified pipeline. You will play a critical role in enabling SDR success by ensuring leads are delivered, prioritized, and enriched with the right data and insights to drive effective follow-up. Working cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs, sales, and partnerships, this role ensures campaigns are executed flawlessly, leads are routed intelligently, and performance is tracked with precision to drive measurable revenue impact. This role reports to the SVP, Marketing.


What you'll do

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including email builds, deployment, and QA
  • Set up campaign structures, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate performance measurement
  • Manage audience segmentation, including list creation and dynamic segmentation strategies
  • Maintain and optimize lead scoring and grading models in alignment with SDR and sales priorities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or system issues to ensure smooth execution

Demand Generation Campaign Support

  • Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders across marketing, SDRs, sales, and partnerships
  • Assist with landing page setup and campaign infrastructure
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and are fully tracked from engagement through pipeline

Lead Management & SDR Enablement

  • Own the flow of leads from demand generation campaigns to SDRs and commercial AEs, ensuring timely, accurate, and prioritized follow-up
  • Monitor lead engagement and identify high-intent signals to guide follow-up
  • Ensure SDRs have full visibility into lead activity, campaign engagement, and context for outreach
  • Build and optimize feedback loops with SDRs to improve lead quality, targeting, and conversion

SDR Alignment & Pipeline Development

  • Partner directly with SDRs and commercial AEs to convert marketing-generated demand into qualified pipeline
  • Align on lead prioritization, follow-up strategy, and campaign-driven outreach
  • Incorporate SDR feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance
  • Optimize segmentation, targeting, and lead flow to improve conversion from lead to opportunity
  • Support SDR success by ensuring marketing programs generate actionable, high-quality pipeline

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Consolidate and analyze data across platforms including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and website analytics
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to marketing and sales leadership
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing and pipeline data

  • 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (required) and Salesforce (required)
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels and lead lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting SDR teams and aligning marketing efforts to pipeline generation
  • Proven ability to translate marketing engagement into measurable revenue outcomes
  • High attention to detail with a strong QA and process-oriented mindset
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with SDR and sales teams
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or cybersecurity preferred
