About Healthy Back Institute

Since 2003, the Healthy Back Institute (HBI) has helped millions of people reclaim their freedom from pain. We are a fast-moving, direct-to-consumer health and wellness company rooted in six core values: Freedom, Love, Team, Growth, Excellence, and Courage.

We are building out our Business Enablement Operations function and hiring a Marketing and Growth Operations Manager to own execution across our marketing and product initiatives.

The Opportunity

This is an execution ownership role. You will be the central operator driving marketing campaigns, CRO tests, product launches, and rebrand initiatives from strategy through delivery. You will work across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure initiatives move fast, land on time, and connect to revenue outcomes. This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activities. This role reports directly to the COO and sits within the Business Enablement Operations team. It is a full-time, exempt individual contributor position.

What You’ll OwnMarketing Campaign Execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Build and manage timelines ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to keep execution moving
CRO and Funnel Operations
  • Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flows
  • Ensure all tests are properly scoped, quality checked, and launched on time
  • Support continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys tied to conversion and revenue metrics
Product Development and Launch Operations
  • Support operational execution of product development initiatives including new offers, bundles, and funnel updates
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product, marketing, and tech teams
  • Ensure successful launch and rollout of new product initiatives with clear QA and go-live processes
Rebrand Initiative Execution
  • Coordinate the operational rollout of brand and rebrand initiatives across all marketing and product touchpoints
  • Ensure alignment across funnels, creative assets, product messaging, and customer experience
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and quality control across all rebrand components
Cross-Functional Workflow and Process
  • Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, and Tech teams
  • Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes that reduce friction and increase throughput
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive resolution before they impact delivery
What Success Looks Like
  • Campaigns, tests, and launches ship on time and on spec consistently
  • The CRO backlog moves at a predictable cadence with clear outcomes tracked
  • Rebrand execution stays coordinated and on track across all touchpoints
  • Cross-functional teams have clear timelines, owners, and accountability at every stage
  • Processes exist and are followed, reducing reliance on heroics or last-minute scrambles
What You BringRequired
  • 3 to 6 plus years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Project Management
  • Experience in a DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience working with tech and development teams including writing requirements, managing tickets, QA, and launches
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams without dropping details
  • Experience supporting or executing a rebrand initiative across marketing and product environments
Preferred
  • Experience with subscription or free trial business models
  • Exposure to CRO testing including landing pages, checkout flows, and offer structures
  • Familiarity with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Maropost
  • Experience in lean, fast-paced, or turnaround business environments
Who You Are
  • An execution owner who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just coordination
  • A systems thinker who understands how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect and manages dependencies proactively
  • A data-oriented operator who understands how your work connects to conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
  • Someone who pushes initiatives forward without waiting for constant direction
  • Someone with real experience navigating the operational complexity of a rebrand across multiple systems and teams
About the Team

The Business Enablement Operations team drives operational clarity, execution, and cross-functional alignment across HBI. As a key partner to the COO, you will sit at the center of the most critical marketing and product initiatives the company is running.

Benefits
  • Remote position with flexible schedule and healthy work/life balance
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K Retirement Plan
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • Discount on HBI products

If you have built your career driving execution in fast-moving DTC or marketing environments and want a role with real ownership and direct impact on revenue, we would love to hear from you.
