We are seeking a Marketing Production Design Intern to support the execution of high-volume marketing materials across multiple clients. This role focuses on customizing and preparing marketing assets using established templates and brand systems.

The intern will assist with producing client-specific versions of marketing materials including emails, digital ads, flyers, and direct mail pieces. Work involves making detailed updates within existing layouts and preparing clean, production-ready files for both digital and print use.

This role provides hands-on experience working in a high-volume marketing production environment where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The position is well suited for someone interested in marketing production, asset creation, or design operations.

Responsibilities

  • Customize templated marketing emails using Figma
  • Create client-specific versions of flyers, digital ads, and direct mail materials
  • Insert and update logos, employer names, disclaimers, and approved marketing copy
  • Resize and adapt digital assets for different placements and formats
  • Update layouts with product imagery and approved content
  • Prepare print-ready PDFs and vendor-ready production files
  • Track and manage incoming requests through Jira and respond to tickets appropriately
  • Maintain organized marketing files and version control
  • Ensure accuracy when working with logos, disclaimers, and client-specific information
  • Deliver clean, production-ready assets within established timelines
  • Support ongoing updates and revisions as client needs change

Work often involves managing multiple versions of assets for different clients and working within established production workflows and brand guidelines.

Tools Used

  • Figma for email templates and digital asset customization
  • Adobe InDesign for layout and print production
  • Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and marketing assets
  • Adobe Photoshop for image editing and asset preparation

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience editing or creating layouts using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail when working with logos, disclaimers, and client-specific information
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable tracking and managing work through task management systems such as Jira
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants should provide a portfolio or work samples demonstrating use of Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Portfolio examples should include layout-based work such as email designs, marketing flyers, digital ads, or other marketing materials created using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$21$23 USD
