Azul is looking for a highly organized and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager to support upcoming product launches, business development initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

This part-time, temporary contract is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for operational excellence, and a talent for driving projects from concept to launch. The candidate will be part of Azul’s digital marketing team reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

This contract will work 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of key milestones. 
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. 
  • Deliverable Tracking: Manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines leading up to each launch, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. 
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and execution strategies for seamless GTM launches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketingor project management—preferably in a GTM or Project Managementcapacity. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams with clarity and efficiency. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Familiarity with marketing and campaign launch processes is required. 
  • Asana experience preferred.
