Dave is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to own the vendor, contract, and systems operations that keep our Marketing team moving. You'll be the connective tissue between our agencies, vendors, Legal, and Marketing teams.

The Opportunity

As Marketing's Project Manager, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for vendor contract management, agency management, and systems and workflow management. You'll partner with Marketing managers, Project Management, and Legal to keep contracts on schedule and ensure we have the right workflow structures in place. We'll count on you to spot friction in our workflows and fix it, including piloting AI-assisted tools that take repetitive work off the team's plate.

What you build & own
  • Vendor relationships, end-to-end. Serve as the primary contact for vendor information requests, diligence forms, and contract logistics so partners onboard quickly and stay compliant.

  • Contractor, talent, and creator logistics. Source, onboard, and schedule contractors and freelancers; coordinate agency, talent, and creator/influencer partnerships, including fulfillment and work with our User Acquisition team.

  • Asset and repository management. Keep marketing assets organized in our digital asset management (DAM) system and pull materials by date range on demand.

  • Audit requests. Own the fulfillment of audit requests, working with Legal and Marketing managers to pull and organize relevant documentation.

  • Systems and workflow. Maintain and improve our project management systems, and pilot AI-assisted workflows for vendor, invoice, and asset tasks with the Manager of Marketing Operations.

The impact

When vendors and tools are onboarded quickly, and assets are organized and on schedule, our marketers can spend less time on admin and more time reaching the members who count on Dave. You'll make the whole Marketing organization faster.

What we’re looking for
  • 3-5 years of project management experience

  • 3-5 years in-house or at an agency, working directly in or closely with creative production

  • Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Jira or Confluence

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the flexibility to adapt to rapid and ongoing change

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay effective under pressure

  • Resourceful and proactive; you learn quickly and think ahead

  • Works well with people across many roles, bringing a positive, empathetic approach to managing project teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-have
  • Experience managing agency or vendor invoicing and contracts

  • Experience with creator or influencer partnership logistics

  • Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive operational work
