Your Impact

Marketing plays a critical role in StartupBlink's growth by generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, and positioning our research as the global reference for startup ecosystems.

As our Marketing & Publications Specialist, you'll help turn data into engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas, creativity, and execution will directly contribute to company growth.

What You'll Do
  • Create compelling, insight-driven marketing content across digital and publication channels, turning research and data into engaging reports, articles, website content, newsletters, campaigns, and social media.
  • Execute inbound lead generation initiatives to increase marketing-qualified leads
  • Develop and support account-based marketing campaigns for strategic clients and partners
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve SEO and conversion rates
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and other SEO initiatives
  • Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements using data and insights
  • Support public relations activities, including media outreach and press releases
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and media contacts
  • Experiment with new marketing ideas, content formats, and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and impact
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to continuously improve.

You are someone who:

  • Have at least 1year of successful experience in a marketing role
  • Has exceptional written English (professional-level writing is essential)
  • Enjoys transforming research and data into engaging stories
  • Is proactive and brings ideas instead of waiting for instructions
  • Thinks creatively and challenges conventional approaches
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Is interested in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development
  • Enjoys learning new technologies and using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Have experience creating high-quality written content
  • Have worked with startups, innovation programs, research organizations, or B2B companies
  • Thrives in a remote work environment
  • Wants to become a long-term contributor and future leader within the company
