About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for driving strategic reporting, analysis, and insights across Motive’s marketing organization. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to understand performance across the funnel, identify opportunities for growth, and improve how marketing data is consumed throughout the organization.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities. This role requires someone who can combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver scalable reporting solutions, uncover actionable insights, and influence decision-making across the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable datasets by extracting, integrating, and cleansing data from multiple systems.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Systems teams to establish and improve data pipelines for business-critical KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain automated, self-service dashboards and reporting in Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Define and track operational KPIs, funnel metrics, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion, and marketing efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop analytical solutions that streamline or automate existing reporting.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, and recurring performance reporting with clear, data-driven insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand campaign performance, inbound funnel trends, pipeline coverage, and drivers of conversion.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Become an expert in Motive’s sales and marketing data ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, and reliability.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into concise recommendations that influence marketing strategy and investment decisions.
What We're Looking For:
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering or Mathematics is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and modern BI/data warehousing tools required.
  • Proven experience building scalable reporting frameworks and executive-level dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels, attribution, pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex findings into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Revenue Operations or Enterprise Sales teams preferred.
  • Experience improving data quality, metric governance, or reporting automation preferred.

Pay Transparency

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

Canada
$120,000$165,000 CAD
