  • Maintain a library of approved slides, templates, and brand-compliant assets for rapid deployment
  • Ensure all presentations reflect TTM's brand standards, tone, and visual identity

Marketing Operations

  • Manage TTM merchandise store; coordinate internal orders, manage inventory and proactively orchestrate the introduction of new items
  • Manage TTM A&D asset systems via Staples portal, facilitating internal orders for branded TTM assets
  • Launch and coordinate a robust TTM collateral management tool to store and share key brand material, including but not limited to images, brochures, briefings, and one-pagers

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, events, or communications role — preferably in a B2B or defense/aerospace environment
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing professional events or trade show participation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint — ability to build presentations from scratch to a high standard
  • Excellent written communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry
