Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

What You'll Do
- Support a wide range of custom content projects for commercial consignors and key account sellers, including national campaign template suites, regional/local event sales and promotions, and brand identity marketing for commercial sellers.
- Act as an advocate for the Manheim brand, ensuring all concepts, content and designs meet brand expectations and support commercial consignor objectives.
- Manage the complete content process from initial briefing through conceptualization to final production.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Marketing and Commercial Account Enablement teams, brainstorming and obtaining input to ensure final deliverables represent Manheim and/or clients appropriately.
- Package and present concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate project statuses effectively using project management tools, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in weekly meetings with Key Account Marketing, Commercial Account Enablement, field marketing support, and other relevant teams.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2 years of design and content creation experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience or 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Creativity and excellent design skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints, in a constantly changing work environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, WordPress, Canva Enterprise, Monday.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Potential for video and web projects.
- Travel: 15%
Preferred:
- Degree/certification in graphic design, art, or marketing strongly desired.
- Previous experience in the auto industry highly preferred.
