About the Role

The Marketing Specialist, Regional Campaigns supports the execution of regional and state-level marketing campaigns designed to drive demand and pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering localized, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events.

Working closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, aligned to regional priorities, and optimized for performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Main ResponsibilitiesRegional Campaign Execution & Project Management
  • Execute regional and state-level campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align campaigns with regional priorities and market needs
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to deliver localized campaign assets
  • Keep stakeholders informed on campaign progress, timelines, and results
Localized Content Coordination
  • Support the development of region-specific marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, and ads
  • Customize messaging based on audience, market insights, and sales feedback
Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, and conversion
  • Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and pipeline impact
Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within SaaS or B2B environments
  • Experience supporting regional, field, or ABM-style campaigns
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
