This is a remote position.

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Marketing Specialist who thrives across the full marketing spectrum - from SEO strategy and email automation to AI-powered workflows and performance analytics. This isn't a siloed role. You'll work across channels and functions, owning execution while contributing to a broader strategy.

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing & Design and play a central role in scaling our marketing engine - bringing both creative thinking and data-driven discipline to everything you do.

If you're someone who moves fast, stays current with the evolving marketing landscape (including AI), and takes pride in measurable results, we'd love to connect.

This position supports multiple brands operating under one parent company, giving you exposure to diverse markets, audiences, and campaigns - all within a unified team and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, deploy, and manage AI agents to automate and scale marketing workflows - from lead nurturing and content pipelines to campaign execution and reporting

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across organic, paid, and owned channels

  • Write and edit compelling marketing content across formats - including blog posts, email copy, landing pages, social media, and ad creative

  • Lead SEO, AEO and GEO efforts to improve search visibility and discoverability across traditional and AI-driven platforms

  • Manage email marketing programs - including list segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance reporting

  • Build and manage AI-driven marketing workflows and automation pipelines using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms

  • Develop and refine prompts for AI-assisted copywriting, content generation, and campaign ideation

  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives - including paid ads, landing page funnels, and conversion tracking

  • Define and track KPIs; build and maintain marketing performance dashboards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and execution

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance - turning data into actionable insights

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a broad marketing role

  • Proven expertise in SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies and implementation

  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms and automation (sequences, triggers, segmentation)

  • Proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, or similar

  • Demonstrated experience building AI agent workflows and integrating AI into marketing operations

  • Strong prompt engineering skills with practical experience using AI tools for copywriting and content

  • Working knowledge of performance marketing - paid social, PPC, funnel optimization, and analytics

  • Ability to independently define KPIs and build performance dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Benefits
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The chance to play a key role in revolutionizing the healthcare technology industry.
