Job Description

Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing both traditional and digital marketing initiatives for Brookfield Residential Texas. This role supports community marketing, digital marketing, CRM administration, website management, reporting, analytics, events, signage, and marketing technology platforms while partnering with internal teams and external agencies to drive traffic, appointments, lead conversion, and sales performance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate signage, model homes, photography, videography, collateral, maps, events, Realtor outreach, vendor management and brand standards.

  • Lead websites, inventory listings, blogs, landing pages, SEO, SEM, PPC, email and social campaigns.

  • Support Salesforce and HubSpot administration, lead routing, workflows, lead scoring and cultivating campaigns.

  • Develop reports, analyze traffic, sales, digital performance and campaign effectiveness.

  • Support integrations, website tools, sales technology and process improvements.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered

  • 3+ years of marketing experience required

  • Real estate or homebuilding experience required

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Sitecore and Google Analytics preferred

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing and email marketing

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred

  • Strong analytical, organization and communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
