Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead their digital marketing initiatives. The company is an innovative player in the direct-to-consumer skincare industry, having achieved remarkable growth and market recognition over the past few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to own the digital strategy for an exciting brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Ideate, build, and optimize multi-touch marketing funnels to maximize conversion rates.

  • Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across key platforms, including Meta and Google Ads.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Oversee and enhance their social media presence, aligning content with broader marketing goals.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or Strategist, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid social and search campaigns, specifically on Meta and Google Ads.

  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing marketing funnels.

  • A self-motivated and independent work ethic with the ability to proactively drive projects forward.

Qualifications

  • A track record of developing digital strategies that have achieved significant business results.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
