We're looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to own and optimise our marketing technology stack. You'll be the driving force behind how we source, route, and distribute leads to our global sales teams. This isn't about years of experience or degrees—it's about skill, curiosity, and the ability to make complex systems work beautifully together.

You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure that every lead gets to the right person at the right time. If you love solving puzzles, automating workflows, and seeing the direct impact of your work on revenue, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Lead Management & Distribution

• Own end-to-end lead routing using LeanData and Pardot, ensuring leads reach active sales reps instantly

• Design and maintain lead scoring models that prioritise high-intent prospects

• Troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, preventing leads from falling through the cracks

• Build automated assignment rules that adapt to territory changes and rep availability

Marketing Automation & Integration

• Manage and optimise Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and engagement programs

• Configure and maintain Chili Piper for intelligent meeting scheduling and routing

• Build and maintain Zapier integrations connecting our MarTech ecosystem

• Ensure seamless data flow between Pardot, Salesforce, and third-party tools

Salesforce & CRM Operations

• Partner with Sales Operations to maintain clean, accurate lead and contact data

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track lead flow and conversion

• Support campaign attribution and ROI tracking across marketing channels

• Implement data hygiene processes to maintain database health

Your Tech Stack

• Pardot (Account Engagement) – Marketing automation and lead nurturing

• Salesforce – CRM and lead/contact management

• LeanData – Lead routing and matching

• Chili Piper – Meeting scheduling and inbound conversion

• Zapier – Workflow automation and integrations

• LinkedIn Ads & other MarTech tools – As our stack evolves

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)

• Working knowledge of Salesforce – you understand leads, contacts, accounts, and campaigns

• Experience with lead routing – LeanData preferred, but any routing logic experience counts

• Strong problem-solving mindset – you enjoy debugging workflows and finding elegant solutions

• Excellent communication skills – you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Self-starter mentality – you take ownership and drive projects forward without constant direction

• Fluent English (written and verbal) – essential for cross-team collaboration

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Marketing Cloud)

• Experience with Chili Piper or similar scheduling tools

• Familiarity with Zapier or other iPaaS platforms

• Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys

• Background in RevOps, Demand Gen, or Sales Operations
