We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketplace Manager - Amazon to lead growth for our Amazon sales channel. You will lead sales forecasting, merchandising, promotions, and media strategy for Amazon, while also managing the daily operations of Seller Central. You will be expected to bring strong analytical, operational, and executional skills to build a high-performance channel that delivers against aggressive growth goals. Experience and demonstrated success in driving growth through both operational and marketing levers within the Amazon ecosystem is a prerequisite for this role. You may also have to provide light support for other retail partners. 

This is a highly cross-functional position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can operate both strategically and tactically. This role sits on the Consumer Business team within Everlywell and reports to the General Manager (GM) of the Consumer Business.

What You’ll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Own and drive Amazon daily, monthly, and annual sales performance. Monitor and optimize to hit sales targets, flagging risks and identifying course corrections as needed.
  • Media & Promotions: Lead the strategy and execution of Amazon display and search campaigns through AmazonAds. Deliver strong ROAS that contributes to overdelivering on sales targets.
  • Pricing & Forecasting: Manage Amazon ASIN-level pricing and promotional strategies in alignment with our broader pricing strategy. Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams on demand planning and inventory forecasting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Run Seller Central reports regularly and deliver actionable insights to drive performance. Conduct business reviews to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers.
  • Content & Merchandising: Maintain and optimize PDPs, alt images, A+ content, and Everlywell’s brand store to drive conversion, SEO ranking, and organic sales. Partner closely with Brand Marketing to support new product launches and content updates.
  • Testing & Optimization: Lead keyword, content, and title A/B testing to improve rankings and conversion. Conduct competitive analyses to uncover category trends and whitespace.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage Seller Central workflows including case resolution, ASIN creation, catalog maintenance, and product setup using internal systems and checklists.

Who You Are (Job Requirements)

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing Amazon e-commerce businesses or similar marketplace operations.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketplace metrics, retail math, and advertising strategy. Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth through both performance marketing and merchandising levers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional quantitative and reporting skills. Highly comfortable using data to inform decision-making and prioritization.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently with a sense of urgency. Scrappy and resourceful in solving challenges.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to zoom in on execution and zoom out on growth strategy.
