Key Responsibilities
CMO Advisory & Client Engagement
- Serve as a trusted MarTech advisor to CMOs and senior marketing leaders across multiple client engagements.
- Lead executive discovery sessions to align business goals with AEP-powered use cases and value hypotheses.
- Translate client objectives into C-suite-ready roadmaps, investment cases, and sequencing recommendations.
- Conduct structured interviews, ride-alongs, and workflow reviews with marketers, analysts, and channel teams using Adobe tools.
- Identify friction points across identity, data ingestion, profile enablement, segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation.
- Synthesize insights into problem statements and requirements aligned to AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA capabilities.
- Design and execute adoption strategies at the use-case level (audiences, journeys, channels, personalization, experimentation).
- Stand up champions programs, training, enablement materials, and change-management communications.
- Define and track adoption KPIs including activation, feature usage, time-to-value, and campaign velocity.
- Translate real-world user inputs into actionable backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Adobe implementations.
- Partner with client Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Adobe SMEs to co-own sprint goals and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure Adobe features and enhancements are implemented with measurable business impact, not just technical completion.
- Build hypotheses and experimentation roadmaps using Adobe Journey Optimizer and downstream channel tools.
- Quantify uplift across conversion, engagement, retention, LTV, and cost-to-serve using Customer Journey Analytics.
- Institutionalize attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM/MTA practices across client organizations.
- Develop concise executive dashboards and narratives that communicate adoption health, value realized, risks, and next bets.
- Support CMO and ELT decision-making on funding, resourcing, and platform maturity evolution.
- Demonstrate ROI from Adobe investments across short-term wins and long-term transformation initiatives.
- Establish adoption governance models, OKRs, and scorecards across regions and business units.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client cadences to review progress, unblock issues, and scale best practices.
- Drive repeatable consulting playbooks that can be scaled across clients and industries.
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech, Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Marketing Operations, with a strong consulting background.
- Proven expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, including:
- Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datasets, identities, profiles)
- Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Customer Journey Analytics
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and value realization, not just platform implementation.
- Strong ability to translate marketer workflows and pain points into structured product and executive requirements.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and enterprise clients.
- Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adobe certifications (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
- Prior experience at a digital consulting firm, systems integrator, or Adobe partner.
- Experience supporting global, multi-market enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution, personalization, experimentation, and marketing measurement
