Ares is a next generation trading platform focused on prediction markets, crypto, and real time information driven trading. We believe trading is fundamentally social and attention based. We are an early stage startup with a distributed team headquartered in NYC, backed by Alliance, Foundation Capital, UOB, and top tier investors. We move with high execution speed in extremely competitive markets. This is not a passive brand or strategy role.
We are looking for a high agency, hands on Growth Marketing and Community Lead with an MBA or equivalent background to define Ares’ narrative around prediction markets and own community and growth from zero to scale. You will work directly with the CEO in a highly autonomous environment. People here move fast, take full ownership, and do whatever it takes to win. We are looking for someone competitive, driven, and obsessed with execution.
- Own Ares’ content strategy focused on prediction markets and information driven trading
- Write daily Twitter content and weekly educational pieces covering concepts, use cases, and current events
- Develop clear content pillars, narratives, and weekly themes
- Translate complex trading and market ideas into clear, compelling writing
- Analyze performance and continuously refine content strategy
- Create educational and narrative driven video content for social platforms
- Design and manage a UGC program including prompts, templates, and contributor playbooks
- Spend significant time on Twitter daily to track trends, narratives, and trader behavior
- Lead and scale the Ares university ambassador program
- Build and engage online communities for traders and early users
- Activate contributors, ambassadors, and power users to drive organic growth
- Actively trade to deeply understand the market and product
- Provide direct feedback to the product team based on real usage and market behavior
- MBA student or graduate or equivalent experience
- Extremely high agency with a founder mindset, strong ownership, and accountability
- Competitive, goal driven, and execution focused
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast moving, low structure environment
- Strong interest in markets, economics, crypto, or policy
- Excellent written communication skills with strong Twitter instincts
- Comfortable forming opinions and publishing them publicly
- Strong intuition for what resonates with traders and crypto native audiences
- Ability to create educational, narrative driven content around trading concepts
- Willingness to experiment, iterate, and move fast without perfect data
- Hands on trading experience, especially prediction markets or memecoins
- Deep familiarity with crypto native culture including Telegram, Discord, and Crypto Twitter
- Experience growing an early stage crypto or fintech product
- Existing network of traders or crypto communities
- Portfolio showing range across long form content, social media, and product copy
- Active personal presence on Twitter or other social platforms
- Paid internship with performance based upside
