Job Summary: We’re looking for a Media Director to lead and evolve our agency’s media strategy, operating standards, and performance stability across client accounts. This role serves as a senior strategic and operational leader ensuring consistent, high-quality planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, CTV, and integrated digital channels.
This role oversees media planning and buying standards, drives cross-channel innovation, strengthens attribution clarity, reduces performance volatility, and elevates team capability. The Media Director partners closely with Client Service, Data & Analytics, Creative, and Operations to create a unified operating model that protects margin, improves retention, and builds long-term client trust.

Requirements8–10+ years of experience leading multi-channel performance marketing programs in an agency environmentExperience working with mission-driven, nonprofit, or fundraising-focused organizations preferredDeep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic DSPs, GA4, and attribution methodologiesProven experience building and enforcing media operating models, standards, and QA frameworksStrong background in full-funnel planning, budget allocation modeling, and performance forecastingDemonstrated success turning around underperforming or at-risk accountsExperience managing and mentoring media teams and cross-functional collaborationStrong financial acumen, including revenue growth, margin protection, and scope disciplineAbility to translate complex performance data into clear executive-level narrativesExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment while enforcing standards and accountabilityEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive both operational rigor and innovation
The salary range below represents the base salary range for this role in the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on professional experience, scope of responsibilities, and overall business needs.
Salary Range: $110,000–$140,000
