Media Manager

The Media Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive high-quality demand signals for the business. Working under the guidance of the Senior Media Manager and Regional DDG Lead, this role manages day-to-day campaign operations, collaborating with publishers, vendor partners, and orchestrators to deliver efficient and effective results.

What you’ll achieve
The Media Manager ensures all campaigns are executed flawlessly, monitored closely, and continuously optimized to achieve performance KPIs and align with broader marketing goals. 
You will:

  • Execute paid media campaigns to generate qualified demand signals aligned with vendor compliance.  
  • Support the Senior Media Manager in compiling the regional response to brief creation. 
  • Monitor pacing and implement optimizations aligned with ROAS, CPL, and delivery targets. 
  • Support VF compliance, creative readiness, and cross-vendor troubleshooting.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in media buying, or campaign management. 
  • Strong understanding of digital demand generation and performance marketing. 
  • Experience managing campaigns with publishers, vendors, or agencies. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution 

  • Book and manage media campaigns with publishers and vendor partners. 
  • Implement campaigns according to briefs and media plans provided by the Senior Media Manager. 
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and pacing; implement optimizations to improve signal quality and CPL. 

Collaboration & Coordination 

  • Work with media orchestrators to ensure campaigns launch on time and follow operational standards. 
  • Coordinate with demand signal orchestrators to ensure proper signal flow, tracking, and data integration. 
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and funding utilization. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay informed of media trends, tools, and opportunities that can improve campaign performance. 
  • Test new channels, tactics, and creative formats to enhance demand signal quality and conversion rates.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000.
