At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Meta Creative Senior Strategist

We're looking for a Meta Creative Senior Strategist to help us systematically produce high-performing Meta ads at scale across 500+ medspa brands. You'll be the bridge between creative strategy and media buying performance, designing the frameworks, testing systems, and training that enable our combined team of ~12 creatives and media buyers to consistently launch winning ads. This is a performance-first creative strategy role for someone who lives at the intersection of Meta platform expertise, creative judgment, and scalable systems — not a brand or aesthetic design position.

You'll also be stepping into a role designed for growth. You'll be coached by a leader who currently owns this function and is intentionally building the next layer of expertise. This is your opportunity to evolve into a principal-level operator by solving complex performance problems at scale, shaping how an entire team operates, and mastering the craft of Meta ads in a fast-moving environment where platform changes and client complexity are constants, not exceptions.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the US, but requires working Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) hours.

What You'll Do
  • Design and evolve creative testing frameworks that scale across hundreds of advertisers, defining what variations matter, how tests are structured, and leading our internal testing cadence to validate insights before broad rollout

  • Build repeatable systems for Meta creative strategy including avatar-based ad grouping where creative becomes the primary targeting mechanism, and frameworks for ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling

  • Lead through direction, systems, and training by creating messaging frameworks, testing strategies, and documentation that elevate skill levels across both creative and media buying teams — setting the performance bar and teaching others how to hit it

  • Evaluate creative performance with precision, identifying which ads truly drive results versus false positives by analyzing thumb-stop, hooks, message-market fit, retention, and conversion value — then making clear, defensible recommendations on what to iterate, scale, or stop

  • Shape how creative and media buying inform each other, forming a brain trust with senior media buyers to stay current on platform changes and performance signals, and influencing how both teams operate through shared frameworks and best practices

We're Looking For
  • Hands-on Meta ads experience — you've personally run Meta ads inside the platform, understand how creative, delivery, and performance interact in the real world, and ideally have agency experience managing ads at scale

  • True creative strategist mindset — you think in systems, patterns, and frameworks; you're obsessed with understanding why ads work and can translate that into repeatable processes

  • Strong creative judgment backed by execution experience — you have hands-on creative or design background, can quickly diagnose weak creative, explain how to improve it, and coach creatives to sharpen their thinking

  • Performance-obsessed approach — you optimize for Meta performance metrics, not brand vibes or visual beauty alone (though you have high taste for what looks good and what doesn't)

  • Deep category fluency in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics — you understand the medspa/aesthetics industry or adjacent verticals and can translate trends in beauty, wellness, and fashion into scalable, performance-driven creative

  • Builder mentality with hunger to learn — you love documentation, training, and creating shared understanding; you're energized by constraints and ambiguity, excited to be coached, and eager to level up quickly in a fast-changing environment

Why Join Us?
  • Shape the playbook at scale — Your frameworks and systems will directly influence how hundreds of medspa brands generate creative and drive performance, giving you the opportunity to see your strategic thinking amplified across an entire portfolio

  • Level up with expert coaching — Work directly with a leader who's building you up as the next layer of expertise, with intentional mentorship designed to accelerate your growth into a principal-level operator

  • Solve uniquely complex problems — Build systems that work when client participation is limited and asset quality varies wildly, mastering the craft of creating high-performing ads at scale despite imperfect inputs

  • Stay on the cutting edge — Operate at the intersection of platform evolution, creative trends, and performance marketing in one of the fastest-changing advertising environments, where what works today evolves tomorrow

  • Fully remote flexibility with real impact — Work from anywhere in the US (following Eastern Time Zone hours) while driving revenue and delivering measurable results for clients in a high-growth company where your work directly shapes business outcomes

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
