Principle Accountabilities:
Performs set‑up of processing equipment.
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Line change configuration.
Performs corrective maintenance.
Follows escalation procedures.
Education / Experience
Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. 2-4 years of related experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
Scope / Impact
Moderate impact. May have influence on multiple programs or areas.
Decision Making / Discretion
May make decisions or recommendations for team. Decisions affect team.
Supervision / Leadership
Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
