Job Description

Role Title: Recruiter

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

micro1 is engaging talent acquisition specialists to contribute their expertise to a customer's project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

  1. Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
  2. Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements.
  3. Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to improve selection outcomes.
  4. Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  5. Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
  7. Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
  2. Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
  4. Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals in the field.
  5. Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.
  7. Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
