Job Description

- Well versed in Dynamics CRM entities (such as Account, Incident, Contact, Queue, Workflow Activities, SLAs, Activity, Address, Appointment, Case creation rules, etc.) 

- As a Dynamics developer propose/recommend design options for case and workflow. 

- As a integration developer work under the direction of the architect to develop .Net/C# code to call external web services for interfaces. 

- Understand business needs of customer, clearly explain the business function you develop 

- Client-facing skills 

- Develop C# &\or .NET code using visual studio 

- Understand business requirements from use cases, configure workflow process, develop .Net code to enhance workflow patterns to fit customer business process and configure CRM to initiate workflow 

REQUIRED SKILLS: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED 

- 3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience 

- .NET C# and\or ASP.NET development in CRM 

- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and Web Services 

- Workflow experience (ex: Code in .NET in Dynamics) 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills 

OPTIONAL -- WILL ADD VALUE TO THE CANDIDATE: 

- MS CRM 2013 Certification 

• Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications 

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration 

- SQL Server
