Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for talented, high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives to join our Direct Sales organization. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for the full sales cycle—from outbound sourcing to closing new business. You will build deep relationships with mid-market prospects, helping them implement better, faster, and safer digital payment solutions for their Accounts Payable (AP) and cash-flow needs.
Account Executives who consistently exceed their targets will find significant career expansion opportunities within our fast-growing organization. Core Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals by closing new business within the mid-market segment.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, including the responsibility for generating up to 50% of your own pipeline through cold calling, email, and self-sourcing tools.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify and align prospect pain points with BILL’s digital payment and AP automation solutions.
  • Demos & Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations via web conferencing tools to key financial stakeholders.
  • Forecast Management: Maintain high levels of CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy within Salesforce.com.
We’d love to chat if you have:
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B mid-market SaaS sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into finance departments or the Fintech space is highly preferred.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: Proven success in self-generating leads through Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to plan and execute long-term sales strategies while navigating a mid-market sales process.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Highly articulate with strong objection-handling skills and a professional presence.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Core Values: You are coachable, accountable, and a collaborative team player with a good sense of humor and a "win-as-a-team" mentality.

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone

Zone 1: San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County
