We’re looking for an ambitious, high-energy Mid-Market Account Executive who’s passionate about helping organizations unlock even more value from their existing partnership with us. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth by deepening relationships with current customers, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering tailored solutions that empower their teams to do their best work. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited to champion a platform that’s redefining productivity, we’d love to meet you.

About You

  • Intelligent: You’re a true solution seller who leverages EQ, IQ, and curiosity to deliver a consultative sales experience.

  • Character: You are a persuasive self-starter with high integrity and a genuinely positive attitude. We value authentic engagement over aggressive sales tactics.

  • Coachability: You’re a great listener with a low ego and a strong sense of personal accountability.

  • Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS solution sales.

The Role:

  • Drive growth within our existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees)

  • Focus on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities rather than net new business

  • Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption

  • Partner with customers to:

    • Understand evolving business goals, timelines, and success metrics

    • Ensure ClickUp continues to deliver value as needs change

  • Analyze customer usage data to:

    • Identify trends and expansion signals

    • Proactively address areas of risk and surface new opportunities

    • Identify and engage new teams, departments, or business units within current customer organizations that could benefit from ClickUp

  • Become a product expert, handling customer service and product-related questions to support adoption and expansion

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to stakeholders via web conferencing and in-person meetings

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive account growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS

  • Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented

  • Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)

  • Flexible and adaptable—comfortable with the dynamic nature of sales

Desirable:

  • Experience selling project management or productivity software

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach

  • Exposure to customer service and technical support inquiries
