Job Description

The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market accounts and utilize our platform tools to drive sales, retention, and growth. This role focuses on a specific segment of the business within the mid-market, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customers maximize value from our solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast, and performance.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Experience managing mid-market accounts and navigating the full sales cycle.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc) 

  • Ability to analyze account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.

  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
