The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market accounts and utilize our platform tools to drive sales, retention, and growth. This role focuses on a specific segment of the business within the mid-market, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customers maximize value from our solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast, and performance.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience managing mid-market accounts and navigating the full sales cycle.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc)
Ability to analyze account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
