Role overview: 

We are looking for a Migration Test Manager to join a large-scale banking transformation program focused on ETL migration and test management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality delivery across complex migration initiatives by coordinating test activities, managing defects, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate test management activities for ETL migration programs
  • Define and maintain test concepts, plans, and status reporting
  • Manage and track defects across the test lifecycle
  • Perform and support test reconciliation and validation processes
  • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Facilitate communication between business, IT, and vendors
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reporting materials (e.g. PowerPoint)Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance processes

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in test management within banking or financial services
  • Strong expertise in ETL / data migration testingHands-on experience with defect management and test lifecycle processes
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong presentation and communication skillsExperience working in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Solid understanding of banking business concepts
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • German (nice to have)
