Exciting Partner or Counsel Opportunity – Established Portable Practice
Remote/Office Locations Possible​

A growing international law firm is seeking experienced Partner- or Counsel-level attorneys with established portable practices who want stronger economics, greater flexibility, and a supportive platform for long-term growth.

This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial attorneys with at least $400,000 in annual portable billings who want to maintain control of their clients and practice while benefiting from administrative infrastructure, global marketing support, and a collaborative network of experienced attorneys.

The Opportunity

The attorney will continue managing and developing an established client base while using the firm’s platform to expand the practice, increase profitability, and collaborate across complementary practice areas and jurisdictions.

This is a remote-first opportunity offering substantial autonomy, flexible scheduling, and office options in select markets.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of legal experience
  • Portable annual billings of at least $400,000

  • Admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Attorneys with practices exceeding $1 million in annual revenue are strongly encouraged to apply.




Benefits
Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of collected billings, allowing attorneys to retain a greater share of the revenue they generate than is generally available under a traditional partnership structure.
