GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Mortgage Marketing Assistant supports projects and initiatives for the Mortgage Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to help the organization achieve its business and brand objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports the Marketing and cross-functional teams.

2. Manages, organizes and tracks the marketing assets for Centennial Mortgage, including campaign collateral, logos and other design assets, through our digital libraries.

3. Coordinates Loan Originators marketing requests, ticket submission, and project entry via marketing ticket system.

4. Responsible for monitoring inventory as well as ordering promotional items and closing gifts.

5. Tracks Loan Originator marketing expenses.

6. Provides assistance in the implementation as well as management of social media platforms and social media content.

7. Submits proper compliance paperwork, and prepares appropriate information for audit purposes.

8. Contributes to and provides assistance with creating and distributing new marketing material including flyers, posters, signs, presentations, digital graphics, and other marketing documents

9. Supports the Mortgage Project Specialist with market data and digital marketing data.

10. Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners to ensure all parties receive excellent service and responses in a timely manner.

11. Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with respect to Company and Bank matters.

12. Adheres to work schedule, supporting operational efficiency and productivity.

13. Ensures Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines are followed.

14. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

15. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.

16.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college. plus 7-11 months related experience and/or training

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.

- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Marketing software, project management and other marketing automation tools
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives
- Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment

- Ability to work extended hours, as necessary, to accomplish work objectives
- Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

- Experience in marketing and/or communications, preferred
- Experience working in the financial services industry, preferred
