We are looking for a Video Editor with strong AI video generation skills to join our Creative Production team. You'll combine AI-generated footage with solid motion design to create short videos (up to 2 minutes) built for paid user acquisition across social platforms — primarily Meta, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

Your work will play a crucial role in our performance marketing strategy, driving user growth and engagement through compelling, conversion-oriented content. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas, analyze ad performance, and stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends in digital space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing, and will be able to create visually compelling & selling content that effectively communicates our marketing messages. You should be confident working with AI video generation tools — Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway and similar — and know how to integrate AI-generated footage into a polished final edit.

Challenges You’ll Face:

• Designing short, high-impact videos to promote the app across various social platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).

• Generating and iterating ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity and visual impact.

• Performing retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches.

• Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow — including tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway ElevenLabs, and others — for video generation, enhancement, and ideation

• Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production.

• Analyzing competitors’ ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns.

• Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency.

• Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types.

We expect that you have:

• 2+ year of work experience in a similar position.

• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• A solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.

• Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation).

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message.

• A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results.

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

• Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management.

• Basic skills in Figma.

Will be a plus:

• A big plus: experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas — short, story-driven vertical videos with consistent characters and scenes

• Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak.

• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles.

• Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.

• Experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products.
