Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform with Cloudhub 2.0
  • Design and develop APIs, integration flows, reusable components, and complex DataWeave transformations.
  • Apply API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and MuleSoft best practices across solutions
  • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
  • Design APIs using RAML/OAS and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations
  • Deploy and manage Mule applications across CloudHub environments and support CI/CD-based deployments
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, integration, API design, and enterprise development standards
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and support the engagement in Spanish and Portuguese

 

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Overall 12 yrs in IT with 9+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including significant experience with Mule 4.
  • Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, APIKit, and MuleSoft Connectors.
  • Hands-on experience with HTTP/HTTPS, Salesforce, Database, Anypoint MQ, and other commonly used connectors.
  • Strong experience in API design and development using RAML/OAS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CloudHub deployments and Mule application lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in DataWeave for complex data transformation, mapping, and data processing.
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP web services, API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and microservices.
  • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Willingness to work during USA working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandatory: MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4).
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2 (Mule 4).
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Maven, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint MQ, and application/network security.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery environments.

 

Language Proficiency:

  • Must - Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to effectively communicate and support the client.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
